Doltone House Darling Island Wedding Amber + Dan
Doltone House Darling Island was the perfect venue for Amber and Dan’s amazing wedding reception.
With beautiful views of Sydney harbour and lashings of delicious food, mixed with great friends and family, their wedding reception was a glorious and happy event.
You may remember Amber and Dan from their fabulous rainy day love session shoot we did earlier in the year in the city. We feel so privileged to be their wedding photographers.
From this time we really cemented a great relationship with this couple and the friendship we built together helped to make their wedding day photography one of the most enjoyable days of the year for us.
It was moving to witness Dan wear his heart on his sleeve and being super emotional as Amber walked down the isle. Their church, Our lady of the sacred heart is a classic sandstone church in the heart of Randwick.
On our way to Doltone House in Prymont, we chose Sydney Park in Alexandria and May Lane in St Peters for our location shoots. The urban grunge backgrounds and edgy street art work perfectly for this uber cool couple.
The frivolity continued at Doltone House with the couple enjoying the informal mingling over looking the harbour views and then partying all night to the dulcet tones of their band “yours and mine”

Our friend Bree from White Rabbit Projects did a wonderful job styling the event with beautiful flowers and decorations, her use of lighting was amazing. She also kept the whole event running perfectly to schedule.
